So yesterday was the first day of our month long of trying NOT to eat out. We/re hoping to see some improvements in both our waists and bank account lol. Okay wait, so while we did not actually order food yesterday, we did however order drinks. Hmmm so I assume today will be our official day 1.
And here it is, bedtime, and I can safely say we made it through day 1. Hip hip hurray! Bring on tomorrow. Tomorrow will be hubby's last day of junk food as he embarks on the 17-day diet on Thursday. For anyone interested, I highly recommend this diet. You eat good food and you don't go hungry. This will also begin my weaning off of soda. Yes, I have a bad addiction to soda. We'll see how that one goes.
Alright it has been a loooooong day and I am hoping to turn in by 11:30. This 12:30-1:30am eye closing pattern I have gotten into has got to go. Especially since hubby goes back to work Thursday and we won't be happy campers going to bed so late and waking up so early. Time to retrain now. Nighty night.
