No sit-ups yesterday. What a loser. Doubling up today.
123 lbs today. Geez two pounds more than I started. Ugh!

13 sit-ups last night. I know I know. Doesn't seem like much but when you have had your abdominal muscles cut as much as I have, it's a great start.
By the way...down one pound too. 121 today. Just a few more pounds to go and I will be back to the weight I was when I got married and before I had kids.
